The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Died in an LA Traffic Collision
The co-creator of Call of Duty, renowned for co-creating the globally famous first-person shooter Call of Duty, has tragically died in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California aged 55.
The tragic news was announced by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the development studio that he helped create.
The influential video game developer died after his vehicle was involved in a crash and caught fire on a motorway in Los Angeles on Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This is an unimaginable loss, and our hearts are with Vince's loved ones, those closest to him, and all those touched by his work," a spokesperson for Electronic Arts commented.
